How Does Lifeline Work ?

With the use of specialized equipment connected through the telephone lines, help is just a touch of a button away(a pendant worn around the neck, or as a wrist band as pictured).

Immediately after pushing the Personal Help Button a trained Lifeline monitor is able to respond to your call for help.

Lifeline MonitorThe Lifeline monitor is then able to assist you in getting help, whether it is contacting your Responder (a family member, or a person that you trust to help you) or an ambulance if it is an emergency.

Lifeline is there for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with your personal data and medical conditions, we have the ability to dispatch an ambulance, or required emergency help at a moments notice.

Please inform us of any changes to your phone service, or addition of equipment, such as, fax, answering machines, computers, and etc. This could effect how the Lifeline unit works.
